Aquavitro Alpha Conditioner for Aquariums is a saltwater conditioner that is concentrated. It is 50% more active than our Prime and 375% more active than the nearest competitor. chlorine, chloramine, and ammonia are all removed by alpha. It converts ammonia into a non-toxic form that beneficial bacteria and reef inhabitants like clams can use. To reduce ammonia/nitrite toxicity during tank cycling, use alpha. alphaTM detoxifies nitrite and nitrate, allowing the biofilter to remove them more effectively. Alpha also encourages the production and regeneration of fish's natural slime coat. Alpha is non-acidic and will not affect pH or overactivate skimmers. Use at startup and whenever water is added or replaced.
